Our meals are designed to provide affordable, nutritious, and convenient food solutions for families, communities, feeding schemes, schools, and relief programmes across South Africa.<br \/>We do not use mushrooms or nuts in our products. However, these ingredients are present in our factory environment.<\/p><p>All ISONDLO FOODS meals are prepared in the same simple way and require only:<br \/>\u2714\ufe0f A pot<br \/>\u2714\ufe0f Water<br \/>\u2714\ufe0f A source of heat<\/p><p>Simply empty the entire contents into a pot, add boiling water as indicated on the packaging, and cook until ready.<br \/>Some products contain beans, which are packaged separately in the bag. These beans require boiling first to soften, as they take slightly longer to prepare.
