A Karoo girl born and bred<\/p>

I grew up on a farm near Aberdeen. A hostel kid at Union High School, Graaff-Reinet from Sub A to Matric.<\/p>

After exploring some of the wide world and doing long stints in corporate life, returning home to semi-retirement in Graaff-Reinet was the SANE thing to do.<\/p>

My ONLY concern is the rising cost of everything, especially food!!<\/p>\n

So I\u2019ve been on the look-out for affordable, yet nutritious and tasty meals that are convenient and quick to prepare. That\u2019s what I found in Food Sock, thanks to my 84-year old neighbour introducing it to me.<\/p>
