We believe that access to nutritious meals is a fundamental right, and we are committed to making this a reality for as many people as possible.
ISONDLO FOODS products are all soya-based meals made with carefully selected ingredients including pasta, rice, flavourings, stock powders, herbs, spices, dehydrated vegetables, pulses, and beans. Our meals are designed to provide affordable, nutritious, and convenient food solutions for families, communities, feeding schemes, schools, and relief programmes across South Africa.
We do not use mushrooms or nuts in our products. However, these ingredients are present in our factory environment.

All ISONDLO FOODS meals are prepared in the same simple way and require only:
✔️ A pot
✔️ Water
✔️ A source of heat

Simply empty the entire contents into a pot, add boiling water as indicated on the packaging, and cook until ready.
Some products contain beans, which are packaged separately in the bag. These beans require boiling first to soften, as they take slightly longer to prepare. Some people who are in a hurry choose to exclude the beans from the pot for quicker preparation.
